The non-profit Social Welfare Foundation “Fondazione Cavalier Francesco Menotti – Onlus” is located in the charming town of Cadegliano Viconago, in the province of Varese, set 414 metres above sea level, in the green Varese Prealps, just a stone’s throw from the Swiss border. Our Assisted Living Facility is located in a tourist location that enjoys a unique view of Lake Lugano, and the Foundation’s facility is located right at the beginning of the Argentera Park trail in an area boasting a thousand landscapes amidst renovated old mills.
Because of its location, our Assisted Living Facility is particularly popular with guests hailing from Milan and Varese.
The Foundation provides services to seniors according to their wishes and in line with the Social Teachings of the Catholic Church, as defined by the Founder, Mrs. Carolina Pugliese, widow of Cavalier Francesco Menotti.
The Assisted Living Facility’s fees are “all inclusive” in accordance with the principle of transparency established by the Lombardy Region, to guarantee citizen’s freedom of choice.
The stay, which includes laundry service and podiatry and hairdressing services, provides 24/7 medical and nursing support and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation coordinated by a physiatrist.
